Am from chennai 40 years old, no bp, no diabetes, no thyroid, recently undergone umbilical hernia laparoscopy surgery, during the surgery, they want me to take some test including chest x ray and ecg, in my chest x ray it shows mass lesion in my right cardiophernic angle, what is this. It's very serious. Kindly advise.

The right cardiophrenic angle is the most common location for a pericardial cyst, which should be of tissue opacity in contrast to the fat pad, but either lesion may be seen in the left cardiophrenic angle.
