Near right side spermatic tube, I am feeling some swelling/muscle clot, it is not paining but it seems it is not reducing. One year back I felt it for first time, that time I did sonography, and doctor said it is swelling to spermatic cord, and it will automatically get normal, but almost after one and half year, it is still of the same size. So please suggest what should I do.
