Background: I was diagnosed with gall stones. As per usg report gallbladder was contracted and filled with multiple calculi. I had undergone laparoscopic surgery on 16th march. Operation was successful, drain pipe was connected for 2 days and almost null collection. Biopsy report was normal. I was discharged on 18th march. There was some pain in the upper middle incision area. I started having fever from 19th and the pain was continuing on the upper incision. I took paracetamol for the fever. On march 24th there was immense pain which started from right middle abdomen and migrated to lower abdomen. Tremendous and sharp pain I was having. I was rushed to do usg which showed a lot of gas in my abdomen and fluid collection in hepatorenal cavity. I am admitted in hospital from 25th march, saline, iv antibiotics is going on. I was connected with a usg guided pigtail to drain the fluid. Still I am having some fever after 4 days of treatment on 28 march. And daily fluid collection of 20-30 ml. Please assist me.
