I consulted a dermatologist, my doctor recommended me azelaic acid 20%on the face, and clindamycin phosphate solution on back, and azithromycin tablet 3 times every week. after this treatment for a few months my back acne and face acne was cured. So he stopped everything, but if I eat oily or sugar foods acne on black and face come back for I use azelaic acid on my face at night. Please tell me can I use azelaic acid at night and kojivit ultra for face spots in the daytime? Can they both go together or shud I stop any of them?
