I have brown and slight reddish rashes in back of my arm at triceps muscle place and it was now black and brownish no itching no disturbance from it .but it present on both hand what is the treatment for this I went to 3 doctors the from 2 years the medications are as follows 1.olben soap with eliclin-a ointment 2. Second treatment was tretinoin 0.025% along with vit a tablet 3. Third treatment was keralin ointment with vit b complex tablet 4.fourth treatment was aqua gel with roxithromycin 150 mg tablet I am taking this 4th medication now it was about 7 days no changes seen what should I take? What is the best medicine.

Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
