Height is 160 cm and weight is 45 kg, my question is whether it's underweight or normal. If underweight then what should be my diet please sir, it's about my medical test.

for your height your weight has to be between 55 to 60kgs. so its underweight consume 1glass of milk morning and bedtime. 2boiled egg, 1fist of peanuts everyday. you will definitely put on weight with these changes
