Hello, I use azelaic acid 20% at night for acne prevention and kojivit ultra at the daytime for pigmentation. Using azelaic acid at night makes my skin dry and tightens it. Can I use a boro plus cream on my face after azelaic acid at night if so how much time should I wait? Is boroplus safe on the face overnight after azelaic acid please help?

Hi, you can stop using azelaic acid if you have not got new pimples in the last 1 month. Azelaic acid over longterm use can make your face sensitive so limit its use as specified by your dermatologist. Use a moisturizer like dermadew aloe or acrofy to soothe the skin 2 times a day immediately after facewash. Kojivit ultra should be followed by a sunscreen during the day. Use it for a specified period only. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours if out in sun.
