I am 27 years old and unmarried. The doctor suggested isotretinoin 20 for my pimples but after taking this medicine all the pimples would decrease and after seven-eight months those pimples come back again. And again I went to the doctor and the doctor suggested the same medicine. And after taking that medicine the pimples go down again and come back again after seven-eight months. So I think I would take isotretinoin 20 three to four times a week. Will it be bad for your health or will there be no problem? This is because if I take this medicine every day, my nose will bleed and my lips will be very dry. So I want to take three to four days a week and keep my acne under control. Moreover, now I do not have more pimples. Very few now, but it will gradually increase all over the face. So I want to take medicine 2 to 3 days a week. Will it be okay?
