I am suffering from diabetic neuropathy. My diabetes is 400 mg and continuously for 3 years suffering from high diabetes I am an insulin person I am having severe thigh pain and burning in thigh all day and night please suggest what to do which medicine to take? Please help it is very serious case. Insulin novorapid 6-6-6 and basalog 0-0-10points sometimes high and low sugar and fluctuating.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. If blood glucose is 400 mg (fasting, pp or random not mentioned) is very high. Are you having t1 diabetes & since when? Looking at your age it appears so. My suggestion is there are excellent diabetes specialists in mumbai and there is raheja diabetes hospital in mahim. So please consult a good expert who can guide you. Because if you are having t1 dm then there has to be a regular care and guidance needed. There are specific groips or societies of t1 dm patients, those can be very helpful to you. Presently what are the medications you are on apart from insulin? Plus what is your weight, height, hba1c%, fasting & pp glucose? Please come back with details and do consider my suggestion. Thanks.
