Hello please do not be depressed. You are in the right place. First, trust the doctor who started your treatment. Second it is not bad to take the second or third opinion. Mere by looking one cannot say your teeth are high or not. Is your dentist who is treating you is an orthodontist? If yes then good because they are specialized in this field. Trust him/her. And if not then you must get the braces treatment or at least visit an orthodontist. Also share your pictures, (present ones, previous ones), opg, and lateral ceph xrays which must have been taken before starting this braces treatment. Then will be able to guide you better.

Hello lybrate-user. Different doctor have different ways of treating an issue. Get this query sorted by taking opinion of a 3rd doctor. Normally there is no breathing issue that happens, but I cannot comment with checking the patient & seeing the x-rays.

Hello lybrate-user, sorry to hear the difficulty you are facing. I would suggest you to visit the earlier dentist who had your teeth removed and tell him what the new dentist has told you and continue your treatment from the doctor who got your teeth removed. Braces treatment varies between dentists. Just make sure you do not face the problems that you where informed, if your starting to face inform the treating dentist and they will treat it.
