I had used betnovate for a long time (some 7-8 years) for white spots on my face. They would go away only with that. Later, I was advised to stop using it so I slowly stopped using it. It was fine earlier when I would apply some moisturizer on my face but now my skin gets irritated and pimples and rash esp when it is exposed to sun, my skin gets drier than usual. I have grown facial hair too. And my white spots are back too. And only applying betnovate-n helps in soothing all the symptoms. I want to avoid using betnovate-n altogether. I am also suffering from urticaria (from 5-6 years), now I come to think it could be because of betnovate. What should I do? Please help, doctor.
