Mr. devendra, at your age bp of 150/90 is high but a single reading can't determine whether it's hypertension or not. Also kidney size seems to be smaller but it varies according to usg observer. Your creatinine is normal means your kidney function is good. But you need to visit a physician. Nephrologist would be preferable but even good general medicine physician would ld suffice.
