Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. The increase in anti tpo (trans per oxidase) antibodies, suggests that there is an autoimmune process activated which is the cause of hypothyroidism. This condition is known as hashimoto's thyroiditis. There is no direct treatment for the increased antibodies number. Hypothyroidism has to be treated with adequate dosage of levothyroxine, which probably you are doing. It is necessary to maintain tsh around 3 to 4 mu/l. Sometimes taking selenium containing tablets / capsules are used to help reduce the antibody number. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
