My mother has hypothyroidism and is taking thyrox 100 mg from many years. Around 2 years ago, fingers of her right hand started shaking when she lifts something of lightweight. Dr. started clonazepam and pregabalin, but now, fingers of her left hand shakes whenever she lifts something light like paper/mobile. She has nerve compression as well - could it be essential tremor or a sign of parkinson's? Or something else? Her right hand is much better now.
