I fell badly on my elbow while roller skating. I fell mainly on one arm with my elbow straight. It's quite sore and stiff, and it hurts more with certain movements such as pushing upwards. It also hurts to fully straighten. I've done rice, but i'm not sure if I should aim to keep it still or to try to move it around more to stop it being stiff.
