I, Vandit jain, 21 years, am suffering from loss of lumber lordosis from past" one month" Initially I took" Axoguard sr" tancodep 2" and" Trika" for around 10 days. I am also undergoing short wave diathermy since 10 days. I am doing exercises every morning. I do not have much pain but little which remains with me throughout the day. I also feel stiffness when I wake up in my legs and hands. What should I do? How much time it will take to cure and as I am not taking any medicine now so should I start some?

If you don't have much pain then no need to continue swd coz too much of its radiation is not healthy. In place if that you can use electrical heating belt at home if you feel pain or fatigue in back. Loss of lumbar lordosis is common, and mostly due to poor posture and it results in muscle weakness which in turn causes fatigue and pain. Therefore it is important that you consult a physiotherapist who can teach you proper exercises and also advice on postural correction and maintenance of proper ergonomics in daily activities. Rather than taking medicines for long, if you continue exercises for life, even after your problem is solved, your back and your core muscles will remain fit and flexible and you can prevent future problems.
