Male, 34, weight -98 kg, alcoholic. 2 days back I go through my regular check up and found that my ast level is -133 & alt level is 125. Ast/alt ratio- 1.064. I report says that I have cirrhosis. I just want to know is this a matter of concern or what I have to do.
