Hi am 33 years old. Am having a right knee pain (mostly behind my knees or at the inner and outer corner) while climbing stairs, bending, turning. Comfort during straight walk. Sudden sharp pain while doing above followed by dull pain for 3 days, then its normal. Its there for almost 1 year and doing worse for about 2 months now. No medication so far. Now having discomfort while walking feels like something moving unusual inside with a knuckle sound in every turn. Overall pain is inner corner, behind the knee. Squatting itself feels discomfort while getting up. Pain is dull not severe. What actually happened? What should I do now?
