Hello Lybrate user, I can understand your problem. I think need to consult your psychiatrist and let the Dr. know that you have a baby & doing breastfeeding. Also explain the current symptoms which you r facing after delivery so the Dr. will prescribe the medicine accordingly or else suggest you the other way to descrease the symptoms of anxiety like therapy sessions etc. Only one thing is important without consulting to Dr. don't take any type of medicine as you r breastfeeding a baby so consult a Dr. as soon as possible.
