Mr. lybrate-user kumar, thanks for the query. I have seen the details posted. At your age tsh is quite high. It would have been better if you had given t3 & t4 values also. Without knowing what symptoms you have and nothing is mentioned about lipid profile, as in hypothyroidism lipids also are deranged, it is difficult to any answer on the dosage. Further in this communication we are supposed to give general guidelines, no drugs can be recommended or prescribed.
