I am 28 years old and I am suffering from type 2 diabetes and I am also taking medicine but my sugar level fluctuation very frequently in 2 or 3 days give me some good suggestion.

Hello. Diet, lifestyle, medicine, exercise are important factors in controlling sugar levels. Do not keep sitting or lie down within 20 minutes after your meal. Go for a walk. Eat food items that have lower glycemic-index. You can include beans, whole grains, most of the vegetables and fruits; however, steer clear of potatoes, white bread, white rice, breakfast cereals, corn flakes, bagels, etc.
