I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Hand tremor can be due to serious, ongoing diseases, such as parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. In particular, a hand tremor on one side of the body can be indicative of brain damage from a tumor or stroke. Seek prompt medical care if you, or someone you are with, have symptoms of tremor. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
