I have made a habit of sleeping 4 or 6 am in the morning and getting up late at 10 am. I am a ca student so I have my exams coming in june ending how should I make a habit of getting up at 5 am and sleeping at 12 am?

U have to get up early say by 1-2 hours. The you will feel sleepy early. U may not be able to sleep early in starting, but you need to stick to getting up early. Then after a few days, again get up early say by 1-2 hours. In this way you can achieve target.

This has to be tried in a gradual manner. However, this is against normal sleep cycle and not a good habit. You will be deprived of proper sleep affecting your alertness.
