I am 20, the problem started 6 months ago when I visited to the doctor for my back pain and cough he gave me medicine and told me that it will cure within 1-2 days, but in clinic when he checked my bp it was too high 150/120, he gave me injection and gave me bp medicine. Next day when I take cough syrup my heart beats increased so fast I started fainting, I called the doctor immediately he told me to take water after some time I feel better. Next day when I visited to the doctor he told me that I can't take cough syrup and painkiller and given me test during my high bp. [my test report-my ecg (115 beats) sinus tachycardia, lipid profile [total cholesterol-164] [ldl-103] [hdl-42] [vldl cholesterol-19] [triglycerides-94] [cholesterol hdl ratio-3: 9] biochemistry- venus plasma glucose (fasting)-107 urea-20, creatinine-0.87, uric acid-6.1,haemoglobin-13.8,thyroid report-tsh (3rd gen)-2.03.] after seeing my test he told all the reports are normal and I have high bp problem. And I have to take bp medicine since my bp comes to normal and rest for a month. I am taking bp medicine for 6 months and I fell increase in heart beat, fainting felling daily when I told to the doctor he told me that this happened to every high bp patients. When this will happen I have to lie down. I am feeling hopeless now I can't do anything like running, cycling, I am in 1st year of college I always with my bp medicine like pen, paper and mask. U need to first find out cause of high bp at your age. Or it can be idiopathic. Are you stressed. Before this incident, what were your symptoms. Family history of bp/heart problem. Exercise like meditation for now. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. This can be stress buster for u. Write every day even if 2 lines.Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh.Massage. Eat a healthy diet.
