Age 45. I sleep 930 n night .get up at 530. Hubby goes t office at 630. Then I again sleep 630-8.no maid. Do house, work myself. Do bit yoga. Again sleep 2-3 in noon. Evening 1 hr walk. Do I sleep more? Is my lifestyle unhealthy? I eat healthy food and weight is maintained too. I sleep out of boredom? Am I doing wrong?
