Hlo doctor, I have been noticing tremors in my hands from last 6 months or more, it is noticeable to others whenever I take picture or hold a glass of water, it goes sometimes to any part of my body. I did not consult any doctor till now regarding the issue. Now I want to know is this a weakness of nerves or any other issue and one thing I am taking golden tobacco from last 10 years and this time I am just 25 years of age.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Essential tremor is a nervous system (neurological) disorder that causes involuntary and rhythmic shaking. It can affect almost any part of your body, but the trembling occurs most often in your hands ? especially when you do simple tasks, such as drinking from a glass or tying shoelaces. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
