Im 48 years female, suffering from insomnia n anxiety at present, previously was on allopathic medicine but now switched to ayurveda as it does nt have any side effects. I have nt consulted any doctor and taking these ayurvedic herbs ashwagandha-250 mg valerian, lavender, cammomile capsule melatonin 1 mg capsule anxiety has decreased n feeling better than before but sleep quality is vry poor sometimes only can sleep for 2-3 hr dnt know whether quantity lm consuming is right or nt, shoulder other ayurvedic product to it.
