Sir I am 21 years old and I am suffering from type 2 diabetes before my fbs was 200 above and hba1c is 11 after taking medicine (gluconorm sr 500) for 3 month and maintaining food now fbs is 130 or sometime 140. Now without taking medicine how I will balance my glucose level and I also having phimosis problem and how can I cure this.

It is good to know that you have been able to achieve a fairly good control. Ideally at your age fasting glucose should be < 100 mg & pp <150 mg & hba1c%< 6.5%. This is essential because high blood glucose affects all the vital organs and can lead to a number of long term complications associated with diabetes. Usually once diabetes sets in it is almost impossible to control blood glucose only with diet restriction, exercise and weight management. Most often oral anti-diabetes drugs are needed including metformin and others. Therefore, I am not sure whether you will be able to maintain normal blood glucose only with diet and exercise. However, if you are bent on doing so, may try it for a few days or weeks and observe. If the glucose levels remain as mentioned above, then you may continue with out medication.
