It is clearly written in our books that even ayurvedic drugs, if taken without proper dosage, procedure etc becomes the poison. That is why the ministry is under consideration that ayurvedic drugs should be taken under the supervision of vaidya. You can take medication based on the harm pollution causes individually. E.g. If pollution causes asthma, drugs for asthma will be given. However, for general well-being therapeutic supplements are available which are given according to proper history.
