Dear Lybrate user we would recommend you discuss the same with the psychiatrist. Psychiatrists can help in identifying whether to increase the dose or decrease it. Along with it, you have to make some lifestyle changes as well like adopting a physical exercise routine - gyming, yoga, cycling, etc. Consult a dietician for a healthy diet routine like avoiding too much sugar and carbs. Additionally to all these, you may try analyzing how this condition is affecting your life - relationship, work, and daily life. For this, you may need the help of a counseling psychologist. They will help you for example - improve problem-solving skills & organization skills or help in increasing your motivation level, etc. Try these and share with us the improvements/challenges. All the best.
