If your tooth is already decayed then you have to consult your dentist. First you have to get it removed then you can prevent it by maintaining proper oral hygiene.

It can not be cured by any medicine or toothpaste. You have to go for filling from dentist. Visit to a dentist for examination and proper treatment.

Hi, from what you have mentioned above, it seems you have got cavities in your teeth. Cavities cannot be treated with medicines. The existing decay needs to be removed and the tooth should be filled with an inert material to prevent the further progression of the decay.
