Age 29, weight 82 kg, unmarried. In january 2022 ,i noticed alopecia patch at back of my head ,it was increasing in size. I applied tacrolimus on it for 1 month but no relief. Then I applied some desi medicine and there were growth but not complete. Now I am having another patch above it. I am having excessive hair fall over head .even small pores are also coming out on rubbing or scratching head. Some times I feel like burning sensation on head specially on alopecia patch. My vit d 175nmol/l, b12 315 ng/ml, tsh is normal and ana is negative. I feel itching on head, and where is scratch hairs comes out. I am too depressed .please help.
