14 days back I hit back to sofa suddenly with fore due to which my head came front during that event after that I experienced pinching pain in occipital right region took tablets it decreased from todays I am having experiencing pulsations at back of my head right side at base of skull is this pulse due to my vertebral artery I am so much worried if it's vertebral artery dissection please help me doctor is this pulses are from my vertebral artery.
