I have a problem of uvetis in my left eye since 2008. After use of prednisolone already cataract devloped anf operated but still vision is only 50%. Every time doctor prescribed omnacortil tab and prednisolone eye drop. But now irritation anf redness in eye is a daily matter. Is there any alternate method or latest medical care?

Looks like you have a recurrent uveitis for the last 7 years. A thourough systemic workup is a must for a confirmed diagnosis. If vision is so much affected and not responding to treatment then nowadays some patients are being given immuno-suppresive drugs. It is imperative that you consult a uvea specialist (an ophthalmologist who has specialized in the field of uvea).
