I am very stressed out because I have been asked to quit from my job. I am on sertraline 100 mg and it is not working well. I have severe forgetfulness, cognitive problem. My brain is numb all the time. I am not productive, facing lot of challenges to cope up with anything that require mental capacity. I took an online test for adhd and it seems like I have it. Sometimes depression can have associated cognitive issues / concentration issues which can mimic adhd. Adhd however is present since childhood. You can increase dosage of sertraline to 200 mg which can help. Meanwhile dx of adhd has to be made by a psychiatrist not online screening tests which can be false positive.
