Do listening by earphone affect hearing capacity. What should we have to do when water enter in our ear and we are not able to hear.

Badly maintained ear phones can cause otitis externa. I. E. Infection of external ear. Any amplified sound can cause damage to hearing mechanism. Please avoid ear phones. When water enters ear canal. Water film around the wax or water film may block the hearing. If it is persisting you need to visit an ent surgeon for suction cleaning before infection sets in.
