Sir my father is being suffered from depression since 2009. He is taking some medicine continuously prescribed by doctor. He is taking following medicine - Vilarest40, Dilpra OD 250, bt he is not getting much relief.

If he has been taking the same dosage for so many years without any modifications made in it then that may be the reason of him not getting better. Because dosage needs to be adjusted from time to time on the basis of how he feels.
