Your t3 and t4 values are normal and tsh is only mildly elevated. It appears that you may only have subclinical hypothyroidism. This needs only follow up. You do not need thyronorm now. Recheck tsh and tpo antibodies after 6 months and revert back to us professor m s seshadri.
