Hello, thanks for the query. Actarapid is a human insulin with rapid action. Apidra is also a rapid acting insulin but the compound is different. Actions are similar as both have rapid action and that stays for 4 to 6 hours. Both are used to control after food glucose rise. Dosage can be similar. Thanks.
