I read on lybrate that watermelon seeds contain lycopene which is good for health but from my childhood I keep learning that we should not eat those seeds. How should we take it?

Lycopene is an antioxidant, good for health. It is rich in tomato. If you do not eat watermelon seeds, you can take tomatoes. To my knowledge there is no harm in taking those seeds. Crush it, mix with honey and take it.

You can either sun dry and take the white seeds of watermelon or buy it from a local store. There is no harm in having them.
