Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. The glucose levels mentioned look quite good. What is the current hba1c%? That is important to know how the diabetes is controlled. At your age ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 1660 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. That kind of control will help in remaining fit and free from long term complications of diabetes. As regards taking ayurvedic medication you can take that as an add on therapy. But do not discontinue the present medications. Thanks.
