I am 55 and having osteoarthritis early stage no pain but only swelling in knee. I have purchased a static cycle on which I work for 20 mins. Daily and there is no pain even when I cycle. Will it be helpful and what other remedies will b useful.

You re doing the best exercise for osteoarthritis. Increase the time. Swimming, static quads, ankle pump. Active straight leg raises. Hip abduction and abdominal strenghtening exercises. You can refer a physio for same. Exercise is the only thing thats gonna help. Medicines are temprory.
