Hi I'm 54 years old and suffering from high blood pressure. My normal bp is 140/85. I used to drink wine one or two glass once in 2-3 days. Today my upper bp got reached at 186. I just want to control my bp by some natural ways. Help me out. Also suggest a suitable diet chart for me.

Hello. You need to be regular with the bpmedications. If regular and still bp not under control, need to revise your prescription. Having alcohol in limited amount is good, but not in excess. Do follow proper diet and exercise regime. You need to follow dash diet i. E. Diet with nuts, vegetables, fresh fruits, more of fibre, clacium, protien. Less of carbs. Less of saturated and trans fats. Include omega 3 containing foods.
