Actually over the last 7-8 months I have been experiencing a pain on the right side of my upper back which is getting intense while breathing in. The pain is not radiating anywhere else. I have got a x-ray done thinking it a sign of cancer but x-ray report is completely normal. Even I don't have coughs or ny tiredness nor i'm losing weight but the pain is still there. I have tried azithromycin 500 once for 5 days but it didn't work either. So i'm quite confused thinking what actually the prob is. Is there ny pulmonologist who is help me out in this case?

Hello Arpan... The biggest problem is you are trying to treat it yourself. First Xray is a very basic investigation and cannot rule out a disease like cancer. Second without knowing the action of azithromycin, taking it will cause more problems then help. Third we need more details to give any suggestion. Feel free to consult and take proper advise.
