My problem arises before 5 years my nose started running every day and afterward 2nd day itching & reddishness on skin can be observed I have tried cetrizne, histafreem, levocertrizine etc tablet but from these tablet I get solution only for 1 day next day I have to take again 1 pill is there is any permanent solution for this allergy problem without having side effects please tell me and I am failed to find out from which thing this allergy cause to me.

Sir your problem is chronic running nose. You have tried all antihistamines, only temporary relief is there, I advice to go the allergy clinic if is in your town or neighbouring town, they will do allergy test and find out what causes allergy, then they will give vaccines for three months, to be taken once in three days. Definitely running nose will disappear. I also advice to do yoga, breathing exercises regularly.
