I worked out 3 days ago, today I suddenly felt a sharp pain when rotating my arm from 'palm up'to 'palm down position. Right now I can barely do curl movement or rotate my arm due to sharp pain. Touching the inner side of elbow and along the forearm feels mildly painful (i can't point to the pain with 1 finger). Is it dosm or an injury?
