Hello I am a 24-year-old female. My mri report findings are:-1. Lower lumber facial arthropathy2. L5-s1 posture central disk protrusion with annular tear intending thecal sac and traversing nerve roots and mild compromising central spinal canal. 3. L4-l5 mild diffuse disk bulge with mild intending thecal sac and mild compromising spinal canal along with neural foramina. Also, doctor said me you are having symptoms of tb in spine and said to do mri and mri study revealed above points. What does it mean? Please explain. What can be done?
