I am a diabetic and bp patient since 15 days I have high bp. Md doctor recommended telcure cn tab taken for 15 days not controlled I was having 170./90. Again ask me to stop and recommended to take metosartan 50 twice a day. Taking since 2 days now bp is 142/82 pulse decreased 58. Also taking sugar tab glycomet gp 2 twice and voglibose 0.3 twice. Tell me whether I can have two metosartan 50 daily, pulse is decreased to 58. recommend me what to do .thanks.

Metatarsal 50 twice might be reason for bradycardia. Dose adjustment is needed. Get an ecg. Wath for symptoms ,reason for high bp needs further evaluation. please get rft .can consult physician once.
