When I just wake up from sleep at 5 am for washroom and after fresh I checked my pulse rate in oximeter and it shows my pulsate around 55-60. And after 5mint of wake up still its around 58 to 60 line. And first time I see this normally my pulse rate lie between 70 to 90. Can anyone tell me? Is any serious? I eat aten- 25 for controlling my bp my age is 18 I am very worried after seeing my pulse rate.
