Hello doctor. I am very careful about my eating habits but still I have been diagnosed with kidney stone. I want to know whether stress might be a reason for kidney stones.

Yes, kidney stones can be apparently caused due to stress. The kidney stones, if combined with the chronic dehydration, triggers the formation of stones in the kidney. Infact, stress itself affects the overall health including your kidneys. This can further cause other health issues such as high blood pressure and blood sugar.
